📢 IMPORTANT DELIVERY AND OPERATIONAL UPDATE 📢

Please note that our online ordering, postage, and in person collections will be temporarily paused from Monday 7th September until Monday 14th September due to a prearranged operations closure.

📦 Final Cutoff Times for This Weekend Online Orders and Postage Orders will be processed today and throughout Saturday. The final cutoff for orders to be dispatched before the pause is Saturday evening.Final collections can be picked up today or Saturday morning by prior arrangement.

🕒 New Permanent Business Hours:When we resume full operations on Tuesday 15th September, we will be introducing a restructured weekly schedule to accommodate new commitments.

Our new permanent routine will be
🗓️ Monday: Online orders and postage available. In person collections are strictly limited to morning slots between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM only.

🗓️ Tuesday: and Wednesday: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Open for standard orders, postage, and in-person collections.

🗓️ Thursday: Online orders and postage available. In person collections are open for afternoon slots between 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM only.

🗓️ Friday: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM for final weekly in person collections. All final weekly postage will be dispatched by the afternoon Royal Mail cutoff 4pm.

🛑 Saturday and Sunday: Closed.

Our online shop remains open for browsing 24/7, and any orders placed during the closure week will be processed first thing when we return 🤞🏻

💚 Your support has meant the world to us through illness, grief, and everything in between 💚

Hi everyone. It’s been a little while since we shared an update, so we just wanted to say a huge thank you for all of your patience and support. 💚

From the incredible kindness you showed while I was very ill in August and September, to all the messages and support we received after losing the head of our family the day before Christmas Eve, we are truly overwhelmed. Over nearly eight and a half years, your support never ceases to amaze us. We hope we’ve been able to help you or your loved ones in some way, whether that’s potentially easing pain, stress, anxiety, or helping with sleep. 🙏

Our new, separate business was due to launch on January 1, but because of bereavement and everything that comes with shock and grief, we weren’t able to make that happen at the time. Don’t worry though, everything is ready to go. The stock is here, the page is set up, and we’re just putting the final touches in place. When it goes live, we’ll be launching with an amazing competition, and we’ll also be running a competition here on this page for our loyal C*D customers. 🎉

It is with heavy hearts that we share we have suffered a sudden bereavement in our family. We have unexpectedly lost the head of our family our Grandad who was not only the most important person to us, but our guide in life.

Because of this, we will no longer be able to open as planned on Friday 2nd January. Right now, our focus needs to be on dealing with the shock of this loss and supporting one another as a family.

Myself and Julie would sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience at this incredibly sad time.

We hope to see you in the New Year once we have had time to grieve and deal with everything.

Hi everyone, Kyle here 👋

First off, a huge thank you to all of you for your kind messages and patience while I’ve been recovering. It really meant a lot that people respected the space we shared in the last update. It made a big difference to me personally and to the family business. 💚

I’m still not fully recovered I’ve got surgery coming up due to complications from my initial hospital admission. While many things have improved, some will need further medical attention. The good news is I’m able to manage most day-to-day tasks again, which means we’re officially back open, fully operational, and ready to serve you. 🙌

📦 Collections and postage are running as normal.
📱 Messenger, calls, and emails are open again. From now on, we’ll be operating strictly within our business hours:
