Hello! Happy Saturday!

A new wee experience to tick off the list this weekend - Bushy Park Parkrun - where Parkrun all began.

Shocking heat in London and as you can see in the photo the ground is parched - thankfully today the temperature was in the 20s rather than 30s like yesterday.

Only one wee night away, so no interruption to December Rose services 😉 but feeling so blessed to have this time away with friends.

So apparently today is 🐱❤️ so I need to give this wee madam a mention 🐱A tiny wee dote but a massive menace 😅 🐱 🐱🐈💞

Hello!

How was your weekend? This is a little video synopsis of mine....

Got my Out of Office onto my 'work' work email on Friday.
Did a hospice shift on Saturday.
Completed an Olympic distance Tri on Sunday.
Last July clients for December Rose on Monday.
And from today, I am with the 2 furry friends, my L'il Lady, and I have relocated and are minding my sisters pup 🐾

I am hoping that along with walkies, there'll be a little bit of relaxation in there as well. A very much needed break.

It may not be as sunny as it was, but I'm currently getting to chill with a cuppa in the garden while the pups sleep 😴 🥰

I am delighted to have received my certificate for the HEARTS process.

A wee recap of my June!

It shows we had some lovely weather and, also shows what a little chameleon my therapy room is! Set up for Reflexology, Emmett/KCR, Massage, Indian Head Massage and for making bespoke products.

As we head into July, my triathlon training has to step up a bit more, but lots of other things planned too (including a well needed wee break!

Gosh it's been a long time since I've posted anything! My bad!

But I'm still here, working away in the background, blending, massaging, Kinetic Chain Releasing, Emmetting and not to forget those all important feet!

And this weekend has me busy attending a 2 day course. I'm learning about the beautiful HEARTS technique to aid relaxation. And what a gentle, soothing therapy it is. It will be most helpful when I'm working in the hospital but also in my own therapy room.

Training, though, takes it out of me! So I reckon it'll be an early night tonight!
