I have now departed to concentrate my efforts solely into my Home Practice. With over 17 years of experience as a Therapist & over 20 years since I first taught Martial Arts & Exercise, I feel that I am able to utilise my experience and knowledge to help people effectively. I try to keep my charges down to make them as affordable as I can. I do not aim to be " cheap" - rather I wish to represent

Please Note - My Cramlington class on a monday at 12.40, is - for a short period, open to;
A) Ex Students - with experience of doing Tai Chi Forms
or
B) People with good experience in class based movement (possibly including Dance or Martial Arts).
