It’s not every day that we receive a letter like this, and we wanted to share just how much it means to our whole team. 🥹

We recently received this beautiful handwritten message from the family of a client we have had the privilege of supporting for over seven years.

Their words reminded us of exactly why we do what we do. ❤️

Knowing that our Care Professionals have helped someone to remain happy, comfortable and independent in their own home for so many years, while giving their family reassurance that their loved one is safe and well cared for, is incredibly special.

The family shared that our team have consistently gone above and beyond to support their mum.

To every Care Professional who has been part of this lady’s journey — thank you. Your kindness, dedication and commitment make such a difference to the lives of the people we support and their families.

And to the family who took the time to write such a heartfelt letter — thank you for trusting us with your mum and for your incredibly kind words. 💚

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our Monthly Munchies event in aid of Dementia UK by purchasing our delicious sweet treats.

Thanks to your incredible generosity, we raised an amazing £240, which has now been donated to this fantastic charity. Every purchase has helped make a difference in supporting families affected by dementia.

This week we've had the pleasure of welcoming not one, but two amazing work experience students to our team – a first for us, and what a fantastic experience it's been!

From training sessions and creating mood boards to joining us for team lunches, both girls have been an absolute pleasure to have around. They've embraced every opportunity with enthusiasm, confidence, and a great attitude, and it's been wonderful to watch them learn and grow over the week.

Now it's time for them to enjoy their well-earned summer holidays while the rest of us stay behind wishing we had the same luxury! ☀️😂

Thank you both for all your hard work this week. We wish you every success in the future and hope you've enjoyed your time with us as much as we've enjoyed having you. Best of luck with everything that comes next! 💛

Sometimes the best learning comes from each other! 💚

During Day 1 of our Care Professional training, we got chatting about migraines, and one of our wonderful Care Professionals shared her experience of using tuning forks to help relieve symptoms.
