Hi all,
Please see this update from NPC Northumbria Way, Seaton Terrace and Seaton Sluice .

As always, you will still receive a text message from our Pharmacy once your medication is ready to collect

To help reduce costs and use NHS resources more efficiently, we will no longer routinely send text messages to confirm when prescriptions have been issued.

We will only contact you by text if we need to discuss a query regarding your prescription.

Hi everyone — just a quick note about our bank holiday hours:
Early May Bank Holiday Monday 4th May: Closed
We're open as usual the rest of the weekend — Saturday 2nd May, 9am–5pm and Sunday 3rd May, 1pm–5pm.

If you need a repeat prescription or anything urgent, please pop in or call before Monday. We resume normal hours from Tuesday onwards.
