24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you, and while we understand that sometimes schedules change unavoidably, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel without giving us enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

CANCELLATION FEES

- Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge

- ‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount

- Those on course bookings will have sessions taken from the course to accommodate ‘no show’ sessions.
