Could you spot these 4 subtle signs that show someone might be struggling with their mental health?

πŸ”Ή Are they going through any significant life events right now?

πŸ”Ή Are they turning down invites to things they'd normally attend?

πŸ”Ή Are they drinking a lot (or using other substances)?

πŸ”Ή Are they messaging you in the middle of the night?

This week is Men's Health Week, which is such an important topic because men, in particular, find it harder to ask for help for mental health.

These signs might be easy to miss if you don't know what to look for, but starting a conversation doesn't have to be difficult.

πŸ”· Drop them a message

πŸ”· Invite them for a walk, a drive, a kick about in the park (𝘐𝘡 𝘀𝘒𝘯 𝘣𝘦 𝘦𝘒𝘴π˜ͺ𝘦𝘳 𝘡𝘰 𝘩𝘒𝘷𝘦 π˜₯π˜ͺ𝘧𝘧π˜ͺ𝘀𝘢𝘭𝘡 𝘀𝘰𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘒𝘡π˜ͺ𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘢'𝘳𝘦 𝘴π˜ͺπ˜₯𝘦 𝘣𝘺 𝘴π˜ͺπ˜₯𝘦 𝘳𝘒𝘡𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘡𝘩𝘒𝘯 𝘧𝘒𝘀𝘦-𝘡𝘰-𝘧𝘒𝘀𝘦)

πŸ”· Arrange a catch-up for later that week

πŸ”· Leave them space to share their feelings

And if they aren't okay, let them know there are plenty of services ready to help!

You can forward them my contact details. All of my services are completely confidential, and you will never be judged for asking for help.

Self-care is for everyone, including men. In a world where men's mental health is often downplayed, ignored, or overlooked (often by men themselves), prioritising your own mental health is essential.

I have helped men overcome:
β€’ Anxiety
β€’ Depression
β€’ Pain
β€’ Phobias
β€’ Negative Self-Talk
β€’ Eating Disorders
β€’ Panic Attacks.. and more

So this week, check in on the men in your family, friends, and co-workers. And if they aren't okay, let them know there are plenty of services ready to help!

Please call me for a chat to take the first steps. Stop allowing the stigma of mental health and asking for help prevent you from turning up as the best version of you.

I would like to think that all my previous clients are looking after their human with kindness and respect.
They may watch this and think β€œYes! I am 100% Awesome!” as they remember me asking them - what value, what number out of 10 would you give yourself?

Please give me a like or comment if you’re with me on thisπŸ’–

Did you know I offer both in-person sessions at my consultation room in Cranleigh and online Zoom sessions?

In the last few years, I have been very fortunate to help clients locally and worldwide through the power of Zoom!

Please get in touch with me if you or someone you know would benefit from my help.

It costs nothing to have an initial phone consultation, and I would love to chat to better understand how I may help you.

Coping with anxiety can lead to all sorts of subconscious habits including:

Nail biting, pulling your hair (including eyelashes and eyebrows), excessive scrolling on your phone, mindless eating, and more!

You don't have to live like this. Together, we can find the root cause of your anxiety and retrain your subconscious to let go of these habits!

πŸ’Œ In my latest newsletter, I explain anxiety habits (and how I can help!)

Do you or someone you know suffer from Trichotillomania?

For many people with trichotillomania, hair pulling is a way of dealing with negative or uncomfortable feelings, such as stress, anxiety, tension, boredom, loneliness, fatigue or frustration.

I can help by speaking to your subconscious mind and addressing the problem at its root.

I recently helped a client with just one session. I would love to help you, too.

Do you struggle with hayfever? 🌼

Instead of enjoying the warm weather, do you spend the summer at the pharmacy counter looking for the latest antihistamine?

What if I told you hayfever is just an overreaction, and by asking the subconscious, we can stop this unhelpful response? 🦠

It might sound strange, but it's true. If you have hayfever and I don't, and we're both breathing the same air, then it's not the pollen's fault. It's your body's overreaction that's causing the problem!

Want to find out more about how your subconscious can cause physical overreactions? Get in touch for a chat πŸ’œ
