A huge CONGRATULATIONS to another group of our dedicated colleagues Betty, Dhrun and Parminder who have successfully completed the Senior Carer Development Programme at Ifield Park! 🎉👏 We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you for your commitment, hard work, and willingness to learn and grow. Completing this programme is a fantastic achievement and an important step in developing your confidence, leadership skills, knowledge, and professional practice.

As Senior Carers, you have an important role in supporting your colleagues, promoting high standards of care, and ensuring that the people we support remain at the heart of everything we do.
