What a beautiful morning! Sunny and misty. Went for a long one before returning home to my delivery of aromatherapy and massage oils, which is good as I used them for work.

Taking time to recharge on a yoga retreat in beautiful Portugal. A bit of "me time" in the stunning countryside.
Loving the practice, food, location and the people.
The nearby beaches are gorgeous.
