Four Workshops Exploring the Wider Tradition of Yoga with Andy Curtis-Payne
These are four individual workshops, so you can come to one that interests you, pick & choose, or attend all four at the reduced series price.
Andy Curtis-Payne has taught yoga, philosophy & the traditional teachings of Yoga for many years. His teaching is down to earth, precise & accessible, with a depth that makes complex ideas make sense.
I have introduced Andy to many of my own students & trainees over the years, & his clarity as a teacher is exceptional. If you want to understand Yoga beyond simply practising postures, these workshops are worth attending.
