Parkinsons Exercise Club runs every Friday in Copthorne, Crawley at 12.00 and our seated group at 13.30.
Your sessions will focus on your function, ability to move, balance, strength, power and cardiovascular endurance and you will be given an exercise programme that you can continue with at home.
