We’re a local home care provider based in Crawley, and we’ve recently been speaking to more families who are privately arranging care for loved ones.

From personal experience, when a family member needed care, it was incredibly difficult — no one really explains your options, and you’re often just expected to figure it all out on your own.

Since then, we’ve spent time offering local advice and support, including sessions with groups such as Crawley Parkinson’s — simply to help families understand what support is available. It’s never mattered whether they went with us or not; that’s never been the reason for doing it.

We know how lonely and stressful it can feel trying to navigate care decisions on your own.
