We were delighted to welcome our new Manager, Kenny, to our recent All Care West Sussex team meeting.

🤝 It was fantastic to see so many friendly faces in the branch, catch up with colleagues, discuss upcoming events, and share ideas on how we can continue to improve the support we provide to both our clients and our care teams.

📢 Join Our Team: Regional Trainer (Maternity Cover)

Are you passionate about developing people and raising standards in adult social care? We're looking for an experienced and confident Regional Trainer to join our team:

📍 Remote/Office Based
🕒 30 hours per week (4 days)
📅 Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday

In this rewarding role, you'll deliver engaging induction training via Microsoft Teams, provide specialist training in areas such as end-of-life care and advanced dementia, and support our teams across the region through both virtual and practical face-to-face training.

✅ Adult social care experience essential
✅ Training experience preferred
✅ Strong Microsoft Office & Teams skills
✅ AET Level 3 qualification advantageous
✅ Willingness to travel across the region when required
✅ Occasional travel to our Head Office in Southampton required (approximately 1–2 times per month)
