Join my Parent& Baby Yoga sessions, a nurturing space to gently move your body, relax your mind, and deepen the bond with your baby. Connect with other parents, share a cup of tea, and enjoy a moment just for you.

We’ll flow softly, breathe deeply, and simply be to support your body’s recovery while honoring this precious stage of motherhood.

This will be a chance to connect to your pelvic floor and learn breathing techniques and movements that will enhance your postnatal recovery.

I am a mum of three, experienced yoga teacher, massage therapist, and doula so these sessions are designed with deep care and understanding of the postnatal body and mind.

Yesterday we had a beautiful evening of sharing, connecting, presence, breath, and mindful movement.

The Mother & Daughter circle was pure magic.

Watching the girls grow in confidence as the session unfolded, chanting “I am perfect as I am,” was truly heart-opening.

Mother & Daughter Circle

A sacred space to slow down together

Join me for a gentle Mother & Daughter Circle designed to nurture presence and loving connection.

In this calming experience, mothers and daughters will be guided through:

-Sharing moments that encourage free expression and understanding

-Mindful breathing to settle the nervous system

-Nourishing and soothing mother & daughter touch to support bonding

-Simple Relaxation practice to rest

This circle is not about teaching, it’s about being and connecting in a supportive, nurturing environment. Introducing your daughter to the idea of sisterhood.
