So, as you all probably know, I’m celebrating my 5th business anniversary this month. To celebrate this and to say thank you, as in previous years, I’ve decided to do a give away at the end of the month for my lovely clients. Anyone who’s visited the treatment room during July, August or September will be entered into a draw at the end of September for one of a number of prizes. There’s no need to take any action. Last Christmas I gave my clients a gift of a mini jar of crystals and these were extremely popular. This year I have managed to obtain a few more to sell – these ones contain amethyst. Amethyst is a great crystal for bringing about calm, helping to deal with emotional stress and anxiety, and helping with sleep. It’s also purple – my favourite colour 💜. These little jars are great to keep by your bedside, in your handbag or simply to display wherever you like. They also make lovely little gifts. They are only £2.50 each. I’m closed today.

I’ve got just a few of these pretty sodalite crystals carved in the shape of the crescent moon for sale. Each one comes in a keepsake box with a little card. Sodalite is known for encouraging intuition and clarity. It’s ideal for meditation or moon rituals. They are a good size & weight and are lovely as gifts or to keep for yourself. I’ve managed to source a few more of these beautiful Rose Quartz crystals carved in the shape of the sun. They are a really good size & feel lovely to hold. They come in this pretty little keepsake box with a lovely little card. Rose Quartz is known as the stone of unconditional love.
It’s great for promoting emotional healing and self-worth, and bringing you some positive energy. These are £8.00 each and make a fabulous gift (or for you to keep yourself). They are really tactile!

Morning all. Just a little update about availability.
I am very grateful to you all for keeping me so busy 🙏🏻💖. I have limited appointments left during September. If you are looking for a Saturday appointment I have 2 remaining on Saturday 12th September but no others until October.
If you are looking for an evening appointment I have only one remaining - on Weds 30th September.
There are still a few weekday daytime appointments available if you are able to come during the day.

Welcome to September. It's a very special month for me. 5 years ago in September I started my business. From scratch. Just me, my recliner chair and the Reflexology skills I'd learned at Greenhouse Therapies. I didn't know what to expect; how people would respond, or whether it was sustainable as a business. You never get anywhere in life by just sitting on the sidelines watching, so I took the first step. Five years on I have the most amazing group of clients, some of whom have been with me pretty much since day 1. They took a chance on me, and I am eternally grateful for their support.
This September I am taking another first step on this ever changing path. I am about to teach my first Reiki classes. Sharing the love of Reiki for self-healing and development with a beautiful group who I know are going to love it. It's something that me of 5 years ago could never have imagined.
To quote Martin Luther King, "Take the first step in faith. You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step". Just about sums it all up nicely. Vicki x
