Something has been nudging at me. 👀

I've taught hundreds of people to access the Akashic Records, work with Oracle and Tarot cards, develop their intuitive gifts and trust what they receive.

And over the years, I've noticed something.

There are incredibly gifted people sitting on YEARS of training, tools, qualifications and intuitive wisdom.

Who still aren't fully using what they already know.

Not because they need another qualification. But because nobody's helped them answer this:

You don't need permission to be a leader in your space.

There's no formal qualification for it.

No moment somebody decides you're ready, and no external validation that arrives and confirms it.

Most practitioners are waiting for that moment. The moment they feel qualified. The moment their imposter syndrome quiets down. The moment they have enough followers, enough clients, enough years under their belt.

That moment doesn't come.

The practitioners who become leaders in their space don't wait for it. They start acting like one before they feel ready. They take positions. They say what they actually think. They build a body of work that has a voice in it.

Years later, people look back and call them leaders.

But they weren't given the title. They took it. Quietly, consistently, by being willing to lead before anyone had given them permission to.

If you've been waiting to feel ready, this is your reminder. Nobody who's ever led has felt ready.

Every experienced practitioner has an internal library.

It is the accumulated knowledge of a thousand sessions: patterns you've seen before, stories that echo other stories, and the specific way a certain Karmic thread tends to show up in someone's life.

You can't teach that library in a course.

I've tried, in a sense, and it doesn't transfer.

It only builds through actual client hours, over years, which is a slightly frustrating thing to admit as someone who runs trainings.

I used to think expertise was about knowing more, but I'm less sure of that now.

I think it's closer to having a library of lived reference points to draw on when someone sits in front of you with something you've technically never seen before, but somehow still recognise.

It happens session by session by session, and there's no shortcut I've found, no course that hands it to you fully formed.

What I do believe helps is taking the sessions you already have seriously. Actually reflecting on them. Noticing what repeats. Keeping private notes on whatever surprised you, even the small things.

Maybe the library builds itself, quietly, if you're paying enough attention to the work you're already doing.

Your recovery time between clients is part of the work.

New practitioners often try to book back-to-back sessions because it feels productive.

More sessions equals more money equals more legitimacy.

So they squeeze the gap, cut recovery, and move straight from one client to the next.

Six months later they are exhausted and confused about why.

The reason is that the gap between clients is not a break from the work.

It is where the last session gets processed and released so the next client can arrive to a clean container.

If you skip the gap, the next client arrives to a container that still has the previous client's energy in it.

Any experienced practitioner will tell you the same thing.

The gap is where you do the invisible reset that lets you show up as fully to your fifth client of the week as you did to your first.

Cut it, and the work suffers in ways you can rationalise for a while.
