Are you reliable, caring, and looking to join a friendly, supportive team? We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

✅ Team Leaders (Days) – Part-Time or Full-Time
🕗 Hours Between: 8:00am – 8:00pm
• Every other weekend required
• Previous care experience essential
• Must hold, or be working towards, a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification

✅ Care Assistants – Part-Time or Full-Time
🕗 Hours Between: 8:00am – 8:00pm
• Every other weekend required

✅ Housekeepers – Part-Time or Full-Time
🕗 Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Every other weekend required

☀️ Staying Cool at Mayfield House

​With warmer weather here, we are following UKHSA and Met Office guidance to keep our lovely residents and visitors safe and comfortable.

Here is how we can all help:
​📋 Staff: We are closing curtains during peak sun hours, utilizing air- fans in lounges, keeping activities indoors between 11 AM and 3 PM, and actively pushing hydration with water and iced treats

​👋 Visitors: Never leave anyone (or pets) in a parked car. Please alert a staff member immediately if your loved one appears unusually flushed, sluggish, or dizzy.

​🚨 Know the Signs:
​Heat Exhaustion (Dizziness, headache, thirst) -> Move to a cool room, give water, and use damp cloths.

​Let’s look out for one another and enjoy the sun safely! 💛
