We also run a Repair Hub there fortnightly on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month from 10-midday. Crewkerne Community Kitchen gives away food that shops can't sell to people who would like to eat it. Thanks to support from Crewkerne Town Council we have space at the George Reynolds Centre, South St Crewkerne TA18 8DA, and open on Mondays 11-1pm, Tuesdays 11.30-12.30pm and Thursdays 9.30 to 11am
. Any donations are welcome - cash helps cover the cost of insurance, and volunteers picking up the food. We also run the Chop & Chat cooking group on Fridays from 11am - 2pm; join a group of people preparing and eating delicious healthy food on a budget at the Speedwell Hall, 5 Abbey St Crewkerne TA18 7HY. We ask for a £3 voluntary contribution for those that can afford it, which covers the cost of ingredients - usually we prepare a 2 course meal and there's often leftovers!
