🍂 The Spiritual Energy of September
Autumn carries an energy of transition, release and grounding. Summer is often associated with expansion, warmth, movement and expression, while autumn invites us to slow down, turn inward and reconnect with ourselves.
The changing leaves offer us a beautiful spiritual metaphor: nature does not cling to what is finished. The tree releases its leaves because it is preparing for another stage of its cycle. 🍁
September is also a good time for me to pause, reflect and plan ahead for October, November and December. I have decided that, once all my currently booked appointments are completed, I will be taking a little break for a while. ❤️
