This is a short, but inspiring conversation with Professor Green (the rapper) regarding what he thinks stops men accessing therapy. A recent study shows 7/10 men will be in crisis before they access help. We have to change this in any way we can. Please talk about therapy. Let’s make it a normal part of life.

This is such good advice. I’ve seen this for my clients and am definitely guilty of it myself at times. Self-care is so important and doesn’t come naturally for many people. Start with small steps. Make that appointment, have that 15 minute break, say no without guilt and ask for help…

Hello, I’m starting a support group called Together 43 for anyone who has lost an adult loved one to incurable cancer - especially where young children are involved.

This comes after losing my sister last year at just 43, only six months after her diagnosis, leaving behind her young children. I saw and experienced how isolating this kind of loss can be and wanted to create a space where people feel understood and less alone.

This is a relaxed, welcoming peer-support group - no counselling, just a chance to connect, share, or simply listen in a safe space. It’s open to partners, siblings, parents, grandparents, and close family members grieving the loss of a loved one.
