Remember breastfed babies who are under 6 months old do not need extra water and may also notice that your baby wants to feed at the breast more often.

You are able to wear sunscreen if you are breastfeeding

Well we did it! Now I'm in need of treatment! 🤣

This event raises money for charities in the Highlands that support medical or social disadvantage. If any one would like to donate, any pennies would be very gratefully received.

It was an amazing, but tough day out: 20 miles on foot (walking for me) followed by 30 miles on the bike.

I thought it might be a good time to re-introduce myself for any of those new to Crieff; have recently taken up/returned to a sport or are newly pregnant/postnatal and find themselves in need of treatment.

I am Karen Nicholl. I am an Advanced Sports and Remedial massage therapist. I have specialist qualifications in Prenatal and Postnatal massage. I am also a qualified instructor of Holistic Core Restore programs.

What that means is:

1) I treat sports injuries
2) I treat injuries/aches caused by life/work
3) I treat prenatal and post natal ladies.
4) I run classes to teach people how to engage their core and pelvic floor correctly to future proof their bodies.

Don't forget you can pay for a block of treatments (you chose how many you wish to prepay) at the prices I've held since 2021 if you prepay before 1st October.

1st October prices will increase to:

45 minutes -£50
1 hour -£60
Holistic Core Restore 6 session block - £350
Strathearn Harriers - same discount applied to new prices.

To help with your costs...during the month of September you can prepay for sessions/buy vouchers to use in October and beyond at the old prices.
