9 stone gone between them… what an achievement! ❤️ Caroline, Sarah and Tina know what it’s like to struggle with their weight for years. Like so many of us, it wasn’t just a few pounds… it was a lifetime of ups and downs.

Sarah doesn’t even have a “before” photo because, when we don’t like what we see in the mirror, we often avoid the camera altogether. 😢 Today, they’re smiling with confidence, inspiring others, and proving it’s never too late to change your story.

Thorpe St Andrew 7pm… I’m so proud of every one of you. 💕

Thorpe St Andrew 5.30pm celebrating 6 stone gone! ❤️ Sue and Jo have lost an incredible 6 stone between them, and their journeys began in exactly the same place as so many others… with self-doubt.

Health struggles, pregnancy weight gain, and wondering if they could really do it could easily have held them back. Instead, they took that first step. Week by week they’ve built healthier habits, grown in confidence, and proved that lasting change is possible.

I’m so proud of everything they’ve achieved, and I know this is just the beginning. 🌟

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, let Sue and Jo be your reminder that you don’t have to believe you’ll succeed… you just have to believe enough to start. 💕
