Thanks to Dragons Den, I've had a lot of interest and enquiries regarding ear seeds so thought I would post a little bit of information on here...
As a 3 year degree level TCM trained acupuncturist, I have always offered this both as a stand alone therapy and as a combination treatment alongside acupuncture.
While buying online with a guidebook is a fab idea, the location if these little seeds need to be pretty precise to ensure you are placing them in the exact location of what you are intending to treat. Even trained in this, I find this difficult to do on myself!
