These stats are shocking. More needs to be done for men with regards for their mental health. Most men feel that they can not speak up about how they feel, about their mental health, some feel trapped and feel they must grin and bear it. "man up" seems to be societies answer. Mens health matters.

Letting go of grief, for me, is the hardest thing I can do. Losing my son at birth 6 years ago hurts as much now as it did then. I feel letting go of my grief is letting go of his memory which, deep down i know is not true. To my detriment I have found home and comfort in his loss. It has become part of who I am. I wish I could let go amd not only find myself but find true happiness again... but im trying, heaven knows im trying . To be honest, im frightened. I have two beautiful daughters who need me to be a father and I need to be that man for them.
Despite all this, I am grateful that not only do I have my girls , I have my son who forever lives in my heart. 🌈💙🚀💫 #
