This page is all about my Slimming World group in Crowborough, on a Tuesday, at Herne Junior School. Classes at 5.15pm and 7.15pm. Please feel free to contact me if you want some more information. Personally, I joined Slimming World in January 2008, feeling quite fed up and needing to lose weight. I was amazed by the plan and the amount and variation of food that I could enjoy! Everyday meals that

the whole family could eat! It just seemed too good to be true!! I lost just over 4 stone, in 11 months. I couldn't exercise as I have Arthritis and Fibromyalgia, but I didn't let this put me off :)

I went from a good sized 18, to a size 10-12. If you're thinking that maybe Slimming World is for you - I urge you to come along and give it a go.... it will change your life!
