Massage is often treated as a luxury.
I see it differently.
Most people don’t come because everything feels great.
They come because something hurts.
A neck that has been tight for years.
A shoulder that won’t let go.
A lower back that keeps speaking up.
A body that feels exhausted, restricted, or simply not quite itself.
Pain is often part of the conversation.
My work is tailored to the person in front of me, drawing from years of bodywork, movement, yoga, personal training, Thai-inspired techniques, and ongoing professional training.
Sometimes treatment is about relieving pain.
Sometimes it’s about preventing it.
And sometimes it’s simply about giving yourself the time and space to listen before the body has to shout.
