Client returns 1.5 years after his first treatment

Amar’s original before and after video is on my main feed. I can share it with anyone who’s interested. He couldn’t bend, was struggling to walk and off work with debilitating lower back pain and sciatica due to a bulging disc at L4/L5

He came back to see me last month in Birmingham just for maintenance. His lower back was still absolutely fine. He’s had no sciatica ever since. I’m posting more and more videos of returning clients. I have their original videos, messages and updates. Basically everything I post comes with full receipts. Sceptics will claim you can’t get meaningful or long term lasting results from just one session. I’ve proven that wrong countless times

Some people think that once you’ve bulged or herniated a disc you’ll never fully recover or be the same again. Often medical professionals will also feed into this BS. I had sciatica myself from a herniated disc in 2018 and never felt it since. I was told I would need surgery. I know what TF I’m talking about and my page is testament to that. If you’ve got sciatica stop fu***ng around and see me

People are fed up of chiropractors trying to sell them block booking packages. This client was one of them. He msgd me a whole year after his visit to say how good his backs been since he saw me. This is after having multiple treatments with a local Chiro first that gave little to no results or relief

If you’re in a similar situation I offer an alternative solution

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visited last year in June 2025 after having chronic back pain every morning when I woke up. I work from home and bad posture led to this. This pain would extend throughout the day with my back getting a sharp pain and needing to be cracked in order to fully bend over. I was having to constantly crack my back and had already been to Chiro for several sessions which wasn’t doing much and just costing me money in the long run. I eventually came across Elite Osteo on Instagram when browsing Reels and spoke with Usman. Sadly he wasn’t based up North but did mention to get back in touch around Eid. Thankfully he was up North at Eid and I was able to book in a session and go down. Within the hour I felt my back so free and loose that I’d never felt in a LONG time. Usman absolutely sorted my pain out and gave me some excercises that would let me stretch my back without the need to crack it. I’ve since been active in the Gym again and Alhamdulillah never had to go back. Usman literally tells you that he does NOT want to see you again. His whole goal is to alleviate and correct your issue, then give you the tools to keep ontop of it. Chiros will have you back in within the week and milk you for money and Usman literally is the complete opposite. I genuinely cannot vouch for him more and I am so glad I went. If you have tried everything and nothing is working, visit him and see for yourself!

Shoulder pain? If it’s coming from your rotator cuff try this simple & effective exercise to strengthen and stabilise the inside of your shoulders

We often work larger, external and viable muscles such as our pecs, delts, biceps etc at the gym or when exercising

Most people forget about small muscles such as the four rotator cuffs that hold our shoulders together from the inside. So everything else gets stronger while these muscles get neglected and remain the same

Over time this can often result in shoulder pain and injury. So you can do this exercise either to keep your shoulders strong and healthy while decreasing the chance of injury

Or as a rehab exercise to recover from shoulder pain or weakness

Try doing these for sets of 12 to 15 reps per side for 2 or 3 total sets. Aim for 4 to 6 weeks consistently if recovering from injury or to feel optimal benefits. You can do this exercise at any time but it would be especially beneficial before push / pressing movements at the gym. I’ve had many clients tell me their bench or DB press increased with some hitting PB’s even after injury due to incorporating these into their routine

Do you have shoulder pain when lifting, throwing, reaching or sleeping on your side? It could be coming from your rotator cuff!

The rotator cuff are a group of 4 muscles and tendons that stabilise your shoulder and control movement. Because they work hard during sport, gym training and everyday activities they are the most common source of shoulder pain

Here’s how to test for a rotator cuff injury at home ☝🏽👀

Common rotator cuff injuries include:

Rotator Cuff Tendinopathy - Often caused by repetitive overhead activity or increased training loads eg in people who do jobs like plastering or activities like swimming

Signs & symptoms: Pain when lifting your arm
Pain during exercise
Aching at night (especially when sleeping on affected side)
Most common in active adults aged 25-50

Shoulder Impingement : Caused by irritation of the rotator cuff tendons or the bursa during movement

Signs & symptoms: Pain reaching overhead
Pain putting on a jacket or shirt
Pain lying on the affected side
Common in gym goers, swimmers, racquet sports players, and people with repetitive overhead jobs

Runners Knee - Simmo contacted me a couple of weeks back about “excruciating pain” in his knee. He was literally struggling to walk, let alone jog or run

He’d already wasted money on physio and lives an hour and a half from my work. He was desperate to try and get it sorted as he had a doubles Hyrox competition coming up and didn’t want to let his training partner down. I always say I can’t give guarantees or make promises but my page is full of genuine results and I keep it as real and transparent as it gets

After one session he managed an 8k run and was back to training lower body “completely fine” and absolutely pain free. That’s after literally struggling to walk and having to go down the stairs sideways leaning his back to the wall and “holding the rail” That’s how bad it was. He only came back again a few days later to make sure everything was all good before the comp and he ended up not only being able to finish it but did so with a great time

Remember this guy was struggling to walk just over a week before seeing me. And that’s no exaggeration coming from an athlete who’s used to training through pain. His pain completely disappeared within 24 hours. As always the results speak for themselves

A famous chiropractic clinic in central London charged him over £2500 for a block of spinal decompression treatments. I got him pain free for a fraction of the cost

I often get asked if I can I treat people who’ve had spinal surgery? Yes. I treat loads of people who’ve had spinal surgeries. The most common procedure is a microdiscectomy, where they shave the part of the disc to take pressure off the nerve. It works for some people but not for others. Some people end up worse. Some get left with permanent issues from nerve damage such as pins & needles, numbness and in extreme cases even paralysis

The other less common surgery people end up having is a laminectomy. This is usually done when the spinal cord itself is compressed rather than just a nerve. It’s more serious and involves removing part of the bone from one or more spinal vertebrae to give the spinal cord more space. The most common reason people have this procedure is to help with spinal stenosis. Again same risks as a discectomy

I can and regularly do safely treat people who’ve had one or both procedures. I always say spinal surgery should be an absolute last resort

I saw this person twice in the space of a week. He had massive relief after the first treatment and only saw me again as he had a music show he was performing at the next day and wanted to make sure he felt his best

I can post the video before him seeing him the first time. He literally was struggling to walk, sit or bend. As always the results speak for themselves. Before seeing me he went to a well known chiropractic clinic in central London who wanted him to pay £2650 for a block of appointments for spinal decompression. He had 2 treatments with them, felt no relief and realised he was wasting time and money. He managed to get some money back and chose to see me instead and the difference their results and mine is night and day. And he ended up paying me a fraction of what they had charged. And I guarantee they’d want more money out of him after those sessions ended because I’ve heard that from so many of my clients before
