January 2026 till August. 7 months, 24kg down (final slide is from January)
The difference is crazy. I feel and look like a different person. I always loved the gym. I was strong, lifted heavy and I promise I looked good in clothes. I’d fill out all my tops and I looked like a unit 🦍 But looking back now I realise how fat I’d gotten and how much extra weight I was carrying
I turned 35 in March and my goal this year was to start becoming the best possible version of myself. I wanted to challenge myself and see if I really could lock in if I set my mind to it. I’m so glad I did…
I’ve managed to maintain my strength and preserve muscle while losing body fat. I’ve done it gradually and feel I’ve built a sustainable lifestyle. Ive saved so much money by not eating out every weekend, ordering deliveroo multiple times a week and cutting out high calorie, low nutrition snacks / coffees during the day. My energy, mental clarity, drive and gut health have all improved. I’m feeling, looking and functioning better. And I’m far from done. Another 6 to 8 months and I believe I’ll have the body of my dreams
This has taken me less than 8 months. What’s stopping you from doing it? The time will pass regardless. In 4 to 6 months you could look and feel like a new person. You could be an improved version of yourself. Better for you, better for your loved ones, better for business. Everything to gain and absolutely nothing to lose (apart from fat 😂). Why t
