材料︰
•淮山50克
•蓮子30克
•芡實20克
•杞子30克
•沙參30克
•玉竹30克
•百合20克
•生熟薏米各30克
•龍眼肉30克
•瘦肉150克

做法︰
放水入窩，連同材料大火煮滾。
•加入瘦肉，轉小火煲1.5小時

•注意︰體質虛寒人仕不適用

It is often used in Guangdong, Hainan, Hong Kong, Macau and Guangxi in China, as well as in Vietnam. The ingredients for clearing and nourishing coolness are not uniform. Some are used to invigorate the spleen and remove dampness, and some are used to moisten the lungs.

Ingredients︰
• Huaishan 50g
• 30g lotus seeds
• Gorgon 20g
• Wolfberry 30g
• ginseng 30g
• Polygonatum 30g
• Lily 20g
• 30 grams each of raw and cooked barley
• Longan meat 30g
• 150 grams of lean meat

Method︰
Put the water into the nest, and bring the ingredients to a boil over high heat.
• Add lean meat, turn to low heat and cook for 1.5 hours

•Note: Not suitable for people with deficient constitution

Eucommia Peanut Eyebrow Bean Soup with Pig Scallop
Materials: 20 grams of Eucommia ulmoides, 15 grams each of eyebrow beans and peanuts, 15 grams each of mulberry parasite, citrullus and golden cherry seeds, 600 grams of pig fan bones, 3 red dates, and 3 slices of ginger. Method: After washing all the ingredients, remove the core of the red dates, put them in a pot, then put the Eucommia in a wok, sprinkle with salt and water and fry slightly, then add about 2 liters of water, cook for about 1.5 hours, adjust the right amount of salt according to personal taste That's it. 杜仲花生眉豆豬扇骨湯
材料：杜仲20克，眉豆、花生各15克，桑寄生、茨實及金櫻子也各15克，豬扇骨600克、紅棗3枚、生薑3片。
做法：將所有材料洗淨後，將紅棗去核，放入煲內，然後把杜仲置鑊灑鹽及水微炒，再加入約2公升清水，煲約1.5小時，按個人口味調入適量食鹽即可。
功效：滋陰壯陽

苓術菟絲子湯
茯苓、白朮、蓮子肉各12g、五味子6g，山藥6g，杜仲9g、炙甘草1.5g、菟絲子30g。
