I learnt that one the hard way.

A couple of weeks back I flew back to the UK. I hadnโ€™t seen my 3 eldest kids in over five months.

One of my twins was really struggling. Her sleep was poor, her heart rate up at night, she needed an anxiety tool just to settle and sleep.

Most people hear stress and think if theyโ€™re not punching a hole in the wall, theyโ€™re not stressed.

Someone walks in with reflux, heartburn or indigestion.

Theyโ€™ve been popping antacids for years.
Their GP has them on a PPI long term (sometimes even โ€œforgettingโ€ to get their patients off of them)
And the symptoms always come back after they stop.
