Pelvic health can affect everything from confidence in movement to core strength and everyday comfort. In this session, Suzanne, expert Senior Physiotherapist, will share gentle Pilates exercises designed to help support your pelvic floor and overall wellbeing.

Suitable for all abilities, the session can be joined live or on demand, with the opportunity to ask questions throughout.

Recently, we welcomed some of our General Surgeons and Gastroenterologists for an evening of connection, shared learning and discussion. Bringing our specialists together helps strengthen relationships, share expertise and ultimately benefits the patients and communities we care for across South London and beyond.

It was fantastic to see so much experience around the table, reflecting the collaborative approach that underpins our General Surgery and Gastroenterology services.
