💙 🫱 Reaching for your blue reliever inhaler too often is a warning sign that your asthma isn’t under control ⚠️

In fact, national asthma guidelines now recommend moving away from using the blue inhaler 💨 and changing to a MART regime, which is an inhaler that contains a preventer AND a reliever ✅

WHY?
Your blue inhaler doesn’t treat inflammation, and we know that asthma 🫁 is an inflammatory condition.
🚨 Overusing your blue inhaler can increase your risk of serious asthma attacks.
To make the change, book an asthma review with your GP or Nurse to discuss further 👍 and for more information on MART, take a look at here:

It’s really important not to minimize or normalize regular symptoms.
They are often a sign of inflammation in the airways, and need treating. Why? 👉 because you are at risk of an asthma attack if you’re leaving airway inflammation untreated.
