One question I get asked a lot is:

"Which electric toothbrush do you recommend?"

For many of my patients, the Philips Sonicare is often my go-to recommendation. 🤍

One of the reasons I like it is the shape of the brush head. It allows you to clean each tooth effectively while still reaching those harder-to-access areas around the gumline. I also like that there are different settings available depending on your needs.

Whether you're looking for a standard clean or have more sensitive teeth and gums, there are modes designed to make brushing both comfortable and effective.

Of course, the best toothbrush is the one you'll use consistently and correctly, but having the right tools can make a real difference to your oral health. 🙌🏻

What a fantastic day at the Align Smile Collaboration event in London! 🤍

I was incredibly honoured to be invited to speak and share some of my insights alongside so many talented clinicians and industry professionals. Events like these are a great reminder of how valuable it is to come together, share knowledge, learn from one another and continue pushing our profession forward.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in organising the event and to all those who attended.

It was wonderful to connect with so many passionate, like-minded people and have some truly inspiring conversations. 🙌🏻

Top Tip Tuesday 💡

Brushing your teeth twice a day for 2 minutes might sound simple… but it makes a huge difference to your oral health.

It’s the easiest way to remove plaque, protect your gums, and keep your teeth strong long-term.

Struggle to brush for the full 2 minutes? Try timing yourself - most electric toothbrushes have built-in timers, or just pop a quick timer on your phone ⏱️
