Could your senses be the secret to better sleep?
We all know how important sleep is - but knowing that doesn't necessarily make it any easier to switch off at the end of the day!
In my latest blog, I'm looking at sleep a little differently.
Rather than another list of things you should be doing before bed, I've been thinking about how our six senses can help create the right conditions for our bodies and minds to slow down, settle and prepare for rest.
Because what we see, hear, smell, taste and feel - and even what's happening within our own bodies - can all play a part in how easily we make that transition from a busy day to a restful night.
This is Part One of my Six Senses Guide to Better Sleep, with more to come.
If you're someone whose head hits the pillow only for your brain to decide now is the perfect time to think about absolutely everything, this one's for you!
