Hot weather can affect your health in lots of ways. 🔆

Current Yellow Heat Health alerts mean temperatures could affect vulnerable people, including older adults, babies and young children.

If someone feels faint during hot weather it could be due to a combination of low blood pressure and dehydration. Help those who need support keep cool and stay hydrated. 💦

🌿🌸🪴🎲🧁🍓🍦This summer we are going to be spending time outside developing the youth centre garden. We will be planning the garden, gardening, playing games, eating snacks and having lots of fun!

😄 For young people in year 7 to 18 years (including year 6s who are moving into year 7 this September). £1 per session.
