🍂🌕 Harvest Full Moon Sound Bath 🌕🍂

🍁 As autumn begins to settle in, join me for a beautiful Harvest Full Moon Sound Bath in the cosiest little cabin, tucked away on its own island and completely surrounded by water. 🤎

🍃 We’ll have the doors open so that alongside the sounds of the bowls, gongs and instruments, we can hear the water, the breeze through the trees and whatever nature chooses to bring us that evening. 🌿✨

🤎 The Harvest Moon is traditionally a time of gratitude, reflection and abundance — a chance to acknowledge everything we’ve grown and experienced, release what we no longer need, and gently prepare ourselves for the slower, more inward season ahead.

🧡 There’s something so grounding about reconnecting with nature as the seasons change, and this evening will be all about doing exactly that… slowing down, switching off and embracing autumn. 🍁

Tonight’s Sturgeon Moon Sound Bath 🌕✨

There was such a lovely autumnal feel in the air tonight… that cool breeze moving through the willow, the birds out in full flock, and the fish were in absolute abundance — jumping and surrounding us for pretty much the entire journey 🐟🌿
It was just one of those evenings that felt really lovely and a little bit special.

Thank you to all the beautiful ladies who came along tonight. I feel so blessed that you continue to trust me to hold space for you and guide you through your sound journeys. It really does mean so much 🤍🌙

✨ A little bit of eclipse magic… 🌑✨

Tonight at Woody Park, we got to do something that felt genuinely otherworldly — a sound bath as the sun slipped into eclipse. 🌘

🌙 There was something almost eerie about it… but in the most beautiful, magical way. The light changed, the world seemed to hush, and for a little while it felt as though everything had slowed right down. 🍃

🌱 And to experience that moment surrounded by such a gorgeous group of ladies, lying beneath the changing sky, immersed in sound and vibration… honestly, it’s a moment I’ll remember for a very long time. 🤍

🤎 One of those “I can’t quite believe this is my job” moments.

✨Feeling incredibly grateful that I get to create spaces like this, share these experiences, and bring a little more stillness, magic and connection into people’s lives. ✨

✨ A little dream that’s been growing quietly ✨

🤎 I’m so excited to finally share the next chapter of Moon & Moss Wellness Studio.

💚 From the very beginning, Moon & Moss has always been about creating a space where people can slow down, heal, reconnect and feel nurtured from within. Helping people find peace, confidence and wellbeing on the inside will always be at the heart of everything I do.

🧡 But I’ve also always believed that feeling good on the outside can be just as empowering.

🤍 For a long time, I’ve dreamed of offering permanent makeup and brow treatments alongside the wellness side of the studio. There’s something so special about helping someone look in the mirror and feel a little more confident, a little more radiant, and a little more like themselves.

🖤 So, I’m incredibly excited to say that this dream is becoming a reality. 🌿✨

✨🌿This new chapter will sit beautifully alongside Moon & Moss Wellness Studio, bringing together inner healing and outer confidence in one peaceful, earthy space. Whether it’s through sound healing, wellness experiences, or enhancing natural beauty with permanent makeup and brows, my intention is always the same… to help people feel like the very best version of themselves.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far. I can’t wait to welcome you on this next part of the journey.

🌱 Join us beneath the beautiful Buck Moon for a deeply relaxing evening of sound, nature and stillness.

🦌 The July Full Moon is traditionally known as the Buck Moon, named after the time of year when male deer (bucks) begin growing their new antlers. It symbolises growth, renewal, strength and stepping into your fullest potential. Just as nature is constantly evolving, this full moon invites us to reflect on our own journey, release what no longer serves us and make space for new beginnings.

🌕 There is something truly magical about experiencing a sound journey outdoors. Surrounded by nature, beside the peaceful waters of the lake and nestled by the cabin, you’ll be immersed in the soothing sounds of birdsong, rustling trees and gentle water, all blending beautifully with the healing vibrations of my crystal singing bowls, tuned to 432Hz, alongside chimes and other calming instruments.

🌍 Many people find that being in nature helps them feel more grounded and connected, allowing the body to relax more deeply. Combined with the frequencies of the sound bath, it can help:

✨ This morning I had the pleasure of holding a beautiful private sound bath for two lovely sisters. ✨

🤍 There is something so special about sharing this experience with someone you love. Whether it’s sisters, best friends, a couple, or family members, a private sound bath creates a deeply personal space to completely switch off, reconnect and simply be.

🌿Unlike a group session, a private sound bath can be tailored to your intentions, whether that’s reducing stress, finding clarity, celebrating a special occasion, supporting grief, or simply carving out precious time together.

✨My sound baths use crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments to create layers of soothing frequencies that gently wash over the body. As you relax, your brain naturally begins to move from busy beta brainwaves into slower alpha and theta states – the same deeply restorative states associated with meditation, creativity and healing.
