🌿 A LITTLE UPDATE FROM ME 🌿

As some of you may already know, I’ve been dealing with some health issues recently, and I now have my surgery date confirmed for Wednesday 4th November. ❤️

This means I’ll be taking some time off to recover. I don’t have a definite return date just yet, as it will depend on how my recovery goes, but I’ll keep you all updated!

✨ LAST FEW APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE ✨

I’ll be working a few hours this Monday and have a limited number of appointments available on Tuesday for anyone who would like to fit in a treatment before my break.

Appointments are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so please message me if you’d like to book in.

💚 Already have an appointment booked? If you have an upcoming appointment with me and I’ve missed you or haven’t been in touch yet, please send me a message so we can discuss your booking.

I’m feeling much better & I’m really happy to say that I’ll be back to work from Tuesday 13th October. 🤍

Thank you so much to everyone who has checked in, sent messages, & been so understanding while I’ve been off. It really has meant a lot. 🥰

I’m still waiting for my surgery date, so I know I’ll have to take some more time off again when that comes around. In the meantime, I’m going to get some clients booked in and enjoy being back doing what I love. 💆‍♀️🌿

I’ll be taking things a little easier & listening to my body while I’m waiting for my surgery, but I’m feeling much more like myself again, & I’m looking forward to seeing you all. 🤎

Just a little update from me 🤍

A few days ago I posted to say that I was taking this week off as I’d been feeling really unwell and needed some time to rest and recover.

Unfortunately, things took a bit of a turn, and I ended up in hospital, where I’ve been for the last few days 🥺

I’m thankfully getting home today, which I’m really looking forward to, but I’ve still got some recovering to do and will be taking things slowly.

I just wanted to let all my lovely clients know what’s been happening rather than disappearing without an explanation. I’ll keep you all updated about when I’ll be back to work.

A little pause 🤍

Unfortunately, I’ve been unwell, and my body has made it very clear that I need to slow down and rest.

I’ve decided to take this week off to properly recover and give myself the time I need to feel like myself again.

As someone who is always encouraging others to listen to their bodies and make time for rest, I think it’s important that I do the same for myself.

Thank you to all my lovely clients for your understanding, especially anyone whose appointment has had to be rearranged. I’ll be back when I’m feeling better and ready to give you the best of me again. 🌿

🍂 Hello September 🍂

The ber months are officially here & honestly, I couldn’t be happier 🤎

September has always been one of my favourite times of the year. There’s just something about that little shift in the air, the darker evenings, cosy nights, warm drinks, chunky blankets & all those beautiful autumn colours. 🍁🎃

I’m ready for pumpkins, candles, crisp mornings, golden leaves & slowing down a little to enjoy the simple things.☕️

Here’s to a new month, a fresh start & finding a little more comfort & calm in the everyday.

✨ A New Chapter Begins This September ✨

I'm so excited to share that I'll be returning to college this September to continue my professional development and expand my skills as a therapist.

As part of this exciting new chapter, my clinic hours will be changing from September.

My new clinic hours will be:
🤍 Tuesday: 9:30am – 9:00pm (last appointment 8:00pm)
🤍 Wednesday: 9:30am – 6:00pm (last appointment 5:00pm)
🤍 Alternate Saturdays: 10:00am – 3:30pm (last appointment 2:30pm)

I know these new hours won't suit everyone, and I completely understand if they aren't convenient for some of you. If that's the case, I want to sincerely thank you for trusting me with your care and for all of your support over the years.

To those continuing their wellness journey with me, thank you for your understanding as I balance work with further training. I'm so excited to bring new knowledge and skills back into my treatment room, allowing me to continue offering the very best care.

With fewer appointment days each week, availability will be more limited, so I'd recommend booking in advance where possible.

Thank you all for being part of my journey. I truly appreciate every one of you. 🤍

Just a little note to let you know that I'll be taking a short break from 10th August until 24th August.

🤍 Three years ago today, I married my best friend, my soulmate, right here in our garden. 🤍

Looking back on that day, it's incredible to see how much has changed. Beside us stood my little holistic cabin that was just the beginning of a dream. Since then, that dream has grown into a thriving business, welcoming so many wonderful clients through the door and allowing me to do what I truly love every single day 🤎

It's funny how life comes full circle. The place where we said "I do" has also become the place where so many people come to rest, heal & take time for themselves.

I'm so grateful not just for an amazing husband who has supported me every step of the way but for every single client who has trusted me to be part of their wellness journey. You have all played a part in making this dream a reality.

Here's to 3 beautiful years of marriage, continued growth, new dreams, and many, many more memories to come.

Happy Anniversary to my best friend. I wouldn't want to do this life with anyone else. 🤎
