‼️Update‼️

Following on from Friday our technical issues appear to have been resolved over the weekend.

Firstly we thank you for your understanding on Friday when we were unable to access any clinical systems.

Secondly we would ask for your ongoing understanding tomorrow as we will have alot of catching up to do. Our administrative staff will be doing all they can and we would ask that you be patient with them.

If you received a text message to contact the surgery on Friday when we had no phones or clinical systems we would ask that you ring after 10am

If your request is for a repeat medication do try to leave your call to after 11am.

This will allow our admin staff to try and deal with the inevitable huge demand tomorrow morning.

Thank you for your understand and patience as we try and catch up.

At present we have no access to any of our computer systems and are unable to book appointments, access patients notes or issue prescriptions.
