Tomorrow's Full Moon in Pisces is accompanied by a 90% lunar eclipse, visible from the UK. This is a particularly charged and unpredictable lunar moment. With the Moon in a tense relationship to Uranus, we may experience sudden shifts, surprises or unexpected bursts of energy.

That energy can be used creatively, bringing innovation, liberation, evolution and positive change. But if you're already frustrated or irritated, it can just as easily tip you into impulsive reactions, conflict or saying something in the heat of the moment that you later regret.

So for the next few days stay grounded. Notice what presses your buttons.
Notice when your body begins to tense. Notice the urge to react. And, where you can, pause before you respond.

You don't have to absorb everyone else's energy or be pulled into every drama around you. Take a breath. Come back to yourself. Choose your response consciously. The more grounded you are, the less likely you are to be swept along by the unpredictability around you.

That's possibly one of this Full Moon's gifts: learning that you don't always have control over what happens, but you do have a choice about how you meet it. 🌕✨

Today, I invite you into a simple practice.

Take a few minutes to slow down. Breathe deeply into your belly.
Let yourself become quiet, and ask:

What would make me feel most alive today?
What is my body telling me?
What or where can I give joyfully to someone else?

Don't rush to find the answers. Just listen and notice what arises.

And perhaps these three simple questions can help you find a little more balance between receiving, listening, and giving.

It's something I'll be exploring much more deeply in my new six-week journey, Coming Home to Yourself, beginning this October. 🌿

I've spiralled through this same feeling many times in my life. Sometimes it has felt like being lost. Sometimes restless, exhausted, disconnected. Sometimes like I hardly know who I am anymore.

I used to think something was wrong with me when I reached these places. Now I recognise them differently. Not as signs that you've lost your way, but as invitations to come home. To reconnect with yourself; not just the comfortable or acceptable parts, but all of yourself. With your body. Your heart. Your intuition. Your deepest desires. Your soul. And with life itself.

Because beneath all the noise, expectations, conditioning and distractions, there is a part of you that knows. Your heart knows what you need. You may simply need to become quiet enough to hear it.

Perhaps you're not being asked to find yourself. Perhaps you're being invited to remember. ✨

The solar eclipse last Wednesday fell close to my natal Moon, and around it I experienced a profound realisation about an ancestral pattern of wounding that has influenced my life in more ways than I had understood.

I've been working with this pattern for years. I've explored it, questioned it, healed layers of it, and yet somehow I had never seen the full depth of what was there.
This time, it was my body and my dreams that led me further.

Rather than revealing everything at once, they seemed to open the door gradually, allowing each piece of understanding to emerge at a pace I could actually absorb. I deeply believe that our inner wisdom often knows more than our conscious mind is ready to understand.

The answers aren't always found by thinking harder. Sometimes they're in the sensations of the body. In our dreams. In recurring patterns. In the questions we keep circling back to.

You have more wisdom within you than you may realise. Be curious. Be courageous.
And dare to ask the questions. You might be surprised by what is waiting to be remembered. 🌑✨

🌑 Leo New Moon & solar eclipse – A New Lunar Cycle Begins ✨

Tomorrow's Leo New Moon (12th August at 6.46pm UK) marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle, carrying us through to 10th September.

Leo invites us to live and lead from the heart, not through ego, but through authenticity, courage, and generosity of spirit.

This month's guidance encourages us to bring heart and mind into harmony, so our actions are guided by both wisdom and compassion. It's a powerful time for setting long-term intentions, addressing deep-rooted challenges, and expressing ourselves with greater confidence and clarity.

When we speak and write from the soulful voice of inner wisdom, our words carry a different quality. They resonate more deeply, conversations become more meaningful, and new possibilities can begin to unfold.

In this month's lunar guidance, I explore the astrology of the Leo New Moon, the themes for the weeks ahead, and how we can work consciously with the energy of this new cycle.

INNER WISDOM FINDS A VOICE

The Knight of Swords suggests a mentally active month where ideas, communication, learning, understanding, and planning all come to the fore.

At its best, the Gemini-influenced energy of this card brings clarity, determination, and the ability to make decisions rooted in spiritual wisdom rather than cold logic alone. At its worst, it can become the relentless pursuit of an idea or goal with little feeling for anyone else, or even any basis in reality.

So this month, it’s especially important to stay grounded, compassionate, and deeply connected to your intuition, allowing your heart and soul to guide your mind rather than the other way around.

On a personal level, the next four weeks offer a wonderful opportunity to make thoughtful plans for the future. Consider not only what you want to achieve, but how you want to feel as you move towards it. Anchor every goal in the living experience of your body. How will achieving it enrich your life? How might it benefit those around you?

It’s so easy to become captivated by an idea that sounds clever in theory but makes little sense when translated into everyday life. In my opinion, many poor social and political decisions have been made in exactly this way. Always bring your ideas back down to the human level and ask yourself what it would actually feel like to live with the consequences.

If there’s a decision or problem you’ve been wrestling with for some time, you may finally be able to find clarity this month. Try this simple practice...

Just after midnight, I found myself drawn outside by the silver call of the stars. The Milky Way spilled across the indigo vault of the sky, while beyond its luminous river the planets and stars whispered their ancient messages in the pure language of light.

The graceful W of Cassiopeia caught my eye, and over the next few minutes I watched several meteors from the Perseid shower brush bright trails through the darkness above my chimney, before disappearing into the eternal.

I don't always know what it means. Perhaps it doesn't need to mean anything. It's enough simply to stand beneath the night sky, and remember that we belong to something infinitely older, larger, and more mysterious than ourselves.

I always come back inside feeling a little quieter. A little more spacious. A little more at home in the universe.

There was a time when I cared deeply what other people thought of me. If I felt I wasn't liked, accepted, or valued, it could be agonising. I gave other people's opinions far more power than they deserved.

I still remember the feeling of being one of the last to be picked for hockey or netball in PE lessons. It may sound like a small thing, but to a child it felt like proof that I wasn't good enough. That quiet sense of inadequacy followed me into adulthood and coloured so many other experiences of rejection or perceived failure.

The irony was that I was doing well in other areas of life. I loved athletics, performing, and learning. Yet none of those achievements seemed able to outweigh the stories I had come to believe about myself.

So I did what many of us do. I tried to fit in. I became a people-pleaser. I slowly drifted away from who I really was. My spiritual awakening changed all of that. Leaving the Christian church, stepping away from relationships where I couldn't be myself, and beginning to trust my own inner guidance taught me something that completely transformed my life.

The answer wasn't to become more acceptable to other people. It was to become more authentically myself. That has been a long and sometimes challenging journey of remembering rather than reinventing, of gently uncovering the person who had always been there beneath the expectations, fears, and conditioning.

Inscribed above the Temple of Apollo at Delphi were the words "Know thyself." I can't think of wiser advice.

It's one of the reasons I love the work I do today: walking alongside others as they rediscover who they truly are. Have you ever found yourself trying to become who you thought you needed to be, instead of who you really are?

Blessings to you at this beautiful time of harvesting the summer sun's ripened grain, honouring the abundance and generosity of the Earth.

Here in Wales, this ancient festival is known as Gŵyl Awst. It marks the first harvest, inviting us to pause and recognise the fruits of the year so far. Some are tangible; the vegetables we've grown, the bread we've baked, the work we've completed. Others are less visible; kindness offered, wisdom gained, relationships nurtured, courage found, healing embraced.

Take a moment to celebrate all that has quietly ripened in your own life, and acknowledge the care, patience, and effort that helped bring it into being.

At a time when so many people around the world are struggling to feed themselves and their families, I feel deeply grateful for the simple blessing of being able to put food on the table.

May we receive the gifts of this harvest with thankful hearts, and share our own abundance - whatever form it takes - with generosity and compassion.

Tomorrow's full moon in Aquarius (29th July at 3.36pm UK) invites us to lift our gaze beyond the immediate and reconnect with a bigger vision for our lives.

What hopes or dreams have quietly stayed with you over the years? Which still resonate with your soul... and which have you simply outgrown? Aquarius encourages you to think differently, embrace new possibilities, and consider how your unique gifts can contribute to the well-being of the wider community. Yet this Moon also reminds you that not every change needs to happen overnight.

If you feel tension between longing for something new and the realities of your current circumstances, don't rush to resolve it. Pause. Reflect. Allow space for clarity to emerge. The light of this beautiful moon can help you discern what's ready to evolve, what's worth preserving, and what may now be ready to release.

The wisest step forward begins with stillness.

☀️ A Sunday glimpse behind the scenes of Inner Voice 🎬✨

This latest peek into our short film journey simply had to be shared on a Sunday because the Sun was truly the star of this particular shoot!

We filmed at the beautiful Gors Fawr stone circle in Pembrokeshire, making the most of the golden rays of the setting sun. The light streaming across this ancient landscape created the most breathtaking natural effects, something no lighting equipment could ever replicate.

There are only still images in this reel because, behind the scenes, we were all a little too busy trying not to fan away (or give away our reactions to!) the clouds of biting midges swirling around us. 😂 The less glamorous side of filmmaking…

But those golden moments, the magic of the landscape, and the feeling of creating something together made every bite worthwhile.

I hope you enjoy this little preview from Inner Voice. 🌅
