One of the biggest things yoga has taught me is that growth doesn’t happen when everything goes to plan, it happens when we learn to adapt.

When most people think of yoga, they think of flexibility. But for me, yoga has taught me so much more than touching my toes. It’s taught me patience, resilience, acceptance, and how to slow down when life feels busy.

The poses are just one small part of the journey. The real practice is learning to meet yourself where you are, again and again. 🤍

Watching these little bonds grow over the past 4 weeks has been so special 🤍🌻

Today our mums and babies completed their Baby Massage Course with Sunflower & Moon Wellness at and graduated with their certificates 🫶✨

Over the course we explored:
🤍 Legs & feet massage
🤍 Tummy massage for constipation, wind & digestion
🤍 Chest massage to help ease breathing & congestion
🤍 Arm & hand massage
🤍 Face massage to support sticky eyes, teething tension & sinus relief
🤍 Back massage for relaxation and body awareness

But more than anything, baby massage is about connection 🥹
A chance to slow down, bond, regulate the nervous system, build trust, and enjoy uninterrupted time together.

Today we focused on the legs & feet, a beautiful and gentle place to begin baby massage.

Leg & foot massage can help to:
✨ support circulation
✨ release tension in growing muscles
✨ improve body awareness
✨ encourage relaxation and calm
✨ help babies feel grounded and secure
✨ strengthen the parent & baby bond through nurturing touch

Such a calm and welcoming session today 🌿 I’m already looking forward to next week with everyone
