This week we had our annual care inspection, which took place over two days. As we are classed as a better performing, low risk service, we were only inspected in one area, and we are SO SO pleased to share that we received a 5 – Very Good for our People’s Health and Wellbeing, with no areas for improvement!
We also met all 5 areas for improvement from last year 👏🏻
I honestly can’t thank our amazing staff enough for all their hard work, dedication and commitment they show every single day. And a huge thank you to our residents and families for making our jobs so enjoyable and rewarding.
A special mention to all the staff who worked over the past two days, and to all our residents, relatives and professionals who took the time to speak with our Care Inspector. The lovely feedback we received was so wonderful to hear and really reflects the care, kindness and love that goes into our home every day.
