We’re proud to offer a new private 24/7 responder service supporting local Care Call users across the Stewartry and Dumfries area.

When a personal alarm or pendant is activated, our trained responders can be dispatched quickly to provide support when it’s needed most.

Whether you live alone, don’t have family nearby, or need additional support alongside existing responders, our team is here to help provide reassurance and peace of mind.

✔ Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
✔ Supporting adults in their own homes
✔ Covering Castle Douglas, Dalbeattie, Dumfries, Kirkcudbright & Gatehouse of Fleet
✔ Trained responders for emergencies and falls support
✔ Can act as a sole responder or 2nd/3rd responder

Some of our employees are attending the Care at Home and Housing Support Awards held by Scottish Care in Glasgow tonight.

Tuesday saw a group of carers, service users and family members come together to review our participation strategy and share thoughts and ideas on involvement and combatting social isolation. We had some great fun building our “perfect week” with Maybelle starting her week off with a date with Elvis! 🎶 🥰 🤣 we then enjoyed a delicious lunch - big thank you to the Kings Arms in Dalbeattie! .x

Yesterday it was the turn of Jennifer for her Make A Wish day out and did she pick a good one! ☀️ Lorraine and Jill took Jennifer to Moffat (with a compulsory stop at the toffee shop!) 😋 then onto Kirkpatrick Fleming to see the farm Jennifer grew up followed by a delicious lunch at the Station Hotel. 🥂 A super day was had by all!
