π 5-WEEK BABY MASSAGE COURSE β STARTING 28TH AUGUST π
If you're a new mum and feel like you've spent the last few weeks feeding, changing nappies, rocking, washing, tidying... and wondering what day it is! π β why not come along and spend some time just you and your baby?
The Lavender Circle is a lovely, gentle way to step into the world of baby classes, meet other new mums who are in the same boat and, most importantly, have a little bit of time to slow down and enjoy your baby without looking around at all the chores that need doing.
We start each session with a gentle, guided baby massage routine, where I'll show you simple strokes that can have lots of lovely benefits for you and your baby, including bonding, helping with colic and tummy discomfort, sleep and teething. π
Then we put the baby massage oils away, relax with a cuppa, a homemade nutritious flapjack and a good old chat! βοΈπͺ
Because sometimes it's just as important to have a chat with someone who understands what those early days are really like.
And please don't worry about your baby behaving perfectly during the class β there is no such thing!
All my classes are completely baby-led.
Baby crying? That's okay.
Baby needs a feed? That's okay.
Baby needs a cuddle? That's okay.
Baby isn't feeling the massage that day? That's okay too. β€οΈ
That's what babies do!
There is no judgement here.
Come as you are. Baby still in their pyjamas? Fine.
You still in yours? Also fine! π
Hair brushed? That's a bonus!
Running on coffee? You're definitely in the right place. βοΈ
This is your chance to put the washing, dishes and endless to-do list aside for a little while and simply enjoy being with your baby.
Because the chores will still be there when you get home... but your baby won't be this little forever. π
