Our Sleeping Warrior Memorial Garden is looking especially lush, with beautiful blooms bringing even more colour and tranquillity to this peaceful space. 🌿🌸

It's a beautiful place to spend a quiet moment in reflection while enjoying the stunning views across to the hills of Arran. 🌄

Our gardens are always open, and everyone is welcome to visit, whether you're remembering a loved one or simply seeking a peaceful place to pause.

💙 It's now been almost a month since we introduced our new service schedule, allowing 90 minutes between each service.

🙏 The feedback from families, friends and funeral directors has been overwhelmingly positive. The additional time has allowed loved ones to say their goodbyes without feeling rushed, creating a calmer, more meaningful experience for everyone attending.

🚗 The new timetable has also helped to ease parking, reducing congestion and makes arrival and departure more straightforward for visitors.

🌿 We're delighted that this change is making such a positive difference, and we'd like to thank everyone for their kind feedback and continued support.

Our tree planters from Eadha took full advantage of the recent sunny weather. The Trees for Life initiative was first developed during the COVID-19 pandemic and has been received with such warmth from families that it continues to this day. Each sapling is carefully planted and provides a living memorial of each of our families loved ones. Our Sleeping Warrior Memorial Garden is a beautifully tranquil place to spend time reflecting and remembering the life you shared with a very special person.

Here at Clyde Coast Memorial Garden & Crematorium, we are surrounded by the wide skies and quiet hills of Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park. It is a truly beautiful and peaceful setting, where many families tell us that the journey here offers something precious in itself – time and space to prepare, reflect, and say goodbye.

With the families we support always at the heart of what we do, we have changed our timetable to 90 minutes between each service.

💖 Cuteness Overload! 💖

Our gorgeous oystercatcher family has flown the nest!

For both our visitors and our team, it has been a real privilege to watch Bonnie and Clyde, raise their three chicks. From their first wobbly steps to their first successful flights, they have brought so much laughter, joy, and comfort to everyone who has been lucky enough to see them.

Watching this little family grow has been a beautiful reminder of the cycles of life and the quiet moments of hope and happiness that nature so generously shares with us.

We'll certainly miss our feathered friends, but we look forward to welcoming Bonnie, Clyde, and perhaps a new brood back again next year.

🐾 Lemmy! 🐾

Lemmy was certainly making the most of the sunshine last week, enjoying his favourite sunny spots while always keeping a watchful eye on everything happening around the grounds. ☀️

Handsome, chilled and caring, Lemmy seems to understand when our visitors need a gentle head on their lap - he is a very special part of our team!

We're so grateful to have him by our side. ❤️

💙 Feel Good Friday 💙

We were delighted this week to present a cheque for £17,000 to Ayrshire Hospice.

The donation will support the hospice's bereavement counselling service, ensuring compassionate care and support is available for individuals and families living with grief.

The funds were raised through the ICCM Metals Recycling Scheme - a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this incredible donation possible. Your generosity and support will have a lasting impact on our local community. Thank you.

Together, we are helping to ensure no one has to face bereavement alone. 💙

💙 Thank you to everyone who joined us at our Father’s Day Memorial Service 💙

It was wonderful to come together to honour the fathers and father figures who continue to hold a special place in our hearts. It was a beautiful, comforting service.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to everyone who contributed to our beautiful tapestry. Your tributes helped create a lasting and meaningful display in honour of those we remember. Also heartfelt thanks to Deborah Barton for creating and leading this thoughtful service.
