Do you help a family member, friend or neighbour with shopping, appointments, medication, paperwork, personal care, or simply checking they're okay?

You may be an unpaid Carer without realising it.

Many people provide unpaid care and support but don't identify as Carers, meaning they miss out on help that's available to them!

This Carers Week, find out what support is available through County Durham & Darlington Carer Support, who offer advice, information, emotional support, training, wellbeing activities, opportunities to connect with other Carers and much more.

Wellbeing garden news.
Huge thanks to Teesdale Shed for their great work today. They built us 3 new raised beds, a potting bench and also installed a pond with support from volunteers Wendy and George.
It's looking great and ready to welcome more customers! We have sessions on Monday and Wednesday mornings and Thursday afternoons.
If you're interested in joining in and a registered patient, please contact Eleanor at the surgery.
Many thanks also to Mole Valley Farmers Piercebridge and Sam Turners Piercebridge for your generous donations of wood, compost and plants.
