In this session, Suzanne, expert Senior Physiotherapist, will share gentle Pilates exercises designed to support lower body strength, improve mobility and promote better movement throughout daily life.

Millions of women in England are to be offered HPV self-testing kits as the new service rolls out from today.

The kits will be offered to those who haven’t attended cervical screening following previous invitations, providing a discreet and convenient way to test for high-risk HPV at home.

The team have been spoilt recently by our very generous patients!🍫

You may remember us sharing a post recently about Mr Avington, a patient of Orthopaedic Surgeon, Mr James Webb👨🏻‍⚕️.

Through Mr Avington and his wife being at the centre of our multi-disciplinary team at the hospital, he was able to undergo surgery with us. Last week, he surprised the departments involved with his care with some gorgeous chocolate gifts, which were such a lovely Friday treat!💙

New football season. Same team. Different game plan?⚽

As another football season kicks off, many of us will spend hours discussing team fitness, injuries and performance. But when it comes to our own health, particularly prostate health, many men put off seeking advice.

Symptoms such as:
- Frequent urination✅
- Weak flow✅
- Difficulty emptying the bladder✅
- Getting up several times at night✅

Are often dismissed as a normal part of ageing.

Modern treatments such as HoLEP (Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate) can provide significant improvements in quality of life, often with shorter hospital stays and reduced recovery times compared to traditional surgery.
