Another Darlington 10k smashed by the team 🫡

4th year running and very proud of the team today! Over 3500 runners in total and a very hot one in the tent 🥵

Massive well done to everyone who took part and everyone who came down to cheer us on - it makes a big difference when it gets tough on the course!

Always nice to see plenty of our friends/clients getting PBs and a few on the podium too and well done to Marc Scott for another 1st place finish 👏🏼

The event is just getting bigger and better and we can’t wait to see what next year has in store 🙌🏼

A huge achievement for our clients, Jamie & Dan! 👏

Jamie and Dan recently completed an incredible 100-mile challenge in just 27 hours, raising almost £15,000 for charity along the way.

It was a pleasure to support them throughout their training and help them prepare for such an incredible challenge.

We did it!!

Definitely the hottest, hardest run we’ve both done but we dug in and got that medal 🏅

We doubled our donation target as well! Those donations gave us the strength when it got tough today.

Our 4th year running and it’s looking to be even bigger and better this year!

We provide free sports massage and injury advice for all participants and keep an eye out for our giveaways and of course the PB bell 🔔 👀

What a weekend 👏

Huge congratulations to all of our clients and friends who took on the Manchester Marathon and crossed that finish line. Months of early mornings, long runs, setbacks, and consistency all paying off in one incredible achievement.

We’ve seen the hard work behind the scenes, and we couldn’t be prouder of every single one of you. Whether it was your first marathon or your fastest yet — you’ve done something special 🐝
