What do you think of Darlington town centre?

As part of the refresh of the council’s town centre strategy, they are keen to hear your views.

They want to know what’s important to you and what isn’t; as well as understanding how you would like to use your town centre, be it for work, leisure, education, or socialising.
This is an opportunity to get involved and shape how your town centre will look, feel, and be used for many years to come.

A new recruitment drive aims to find 12 local carers who can make a lasting difference while earning an income from home.

The Shared Lives scheme offers an alternative to traditional care by matching adults who need support with people willing to share their home and everyday life. Rather than providing care in a formal setting, Shared Lives carers welcome someone into their household, helping them build independence while becoming part of family and community life.

Could this be something you'd like to get involved in? Visit https://ow.ly/uM2q50ZrfP5 or check out the attached posters for more information.
