Designed for children aged **approximately 4–12 years**, this fun, hands on course teaches youngsters how to stay calm and help when it really matters.

They'll learn:
🩹 What to do in an emergency
🚑 How and when to call 999
❤️ Basic CPR
🫁 How to help someone who is choking
🛌 The recovery position
🩸 Cuts, bumps, bleeding and much more!

No scary medical jargon. Just practical, confidence building skills taught at a level children understand, helping them become calmer, safer and more confident around emergencies. The Mini Medics programme introduces first aid in a fun, age appropriate way, covering topics such as CPR, choking, recovery position, contacting the emergency services and more.

Let's face it... we'd all rather our children knew what to do than simply stood watching if something happened.
