🌿 Monthly Process Group for Counsellors & Counselling Students 🌿

This monthly (Wednesday) group offers a dedicated space for counsellors and students of counselling to come together in the spirit of an encounter group.

✨ Rooted in the person-centred ethos of authenticity, empathy, and unconditional positive regard, the group invites you to:
✔️ Deepen your personal and professional growth
✔️ Explore relational dynamics in the here-and-now
✔️ Develop greater congruence between therapist self and personal self
✔️ Experience the power of authentic encounter as a resource for practice

Unlike skills training or supervision, this group is about being rather than doing , cultivating presence, self-awareness, and openness to encounter. Each session is emergent and participant-led, within a safe, supportive frame.
