✨ World Breastfeeding Week 2026 ✨
Every breastfeeding journey is unique.
For some, it begins with confidence. For others, it starts with uncertainty, tears, questions, or unexpected challenges. Many parents experience a mixture of all of these.
This World Breastfeeding Week, I want to remind every family that there is no “perfect” feeding journey. There is only your journey—and you deserve compassionate, evidence-based support every step of the way.
Breastfeeding is a learned skill for both parent and baby. It isn’t always instinctive, and needing support is never a sign of failure.
Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating the early days, managing pain, combination feeding, pumping, returning to work, or feeding beyond infancy, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
This week, let’s celebrate not perfection, but perseverance, informed choices, and the parents doing the very best they can.
🤍 Happy World Breastfeeding Week.
